SPECIAL FREE SHIPPING OFFER DOES NOT APPLY TO FURNITURE. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED WITH SHIPPING COST. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DECIDE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR PURCHASE. 

DELIVERY

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered to you within 14 business days subject to stock availability. Cabana will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur.

 

CUSTOMS & TAXES

All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Cabana has no control over these charges.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

CHANGE OF MIND: BEFORE DISPATCH

If you act quickly and cancel your order before it’s been despatched, we can offer 100% purchase price STORE CREDIT… just call Customer Service urgently on 07 5577 8762 to promptly cancel your order.

CHANGE OF MIND: AFTER DISPATCH

If your order has been despatched, it must be returned to our Gold Coast Store and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return. A 20% restocking fee will apply and all items must be returned in their full original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back safely, a store credit will be issued less all shipping costs + 20% restocking fee.

 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue REFUNDS for ‘change of mind’ returns.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for another product you must return the item to us within 2 days of dispatch of goods. Simply contact us to notify you wish to exchange the item and nominate an alternative product. We will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned in the original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached. All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please include a return self address pre-paid satchel for your new item to be returned in. Please keep appropriate proof of postage as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If the product is faulty please contact us and we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Cabana.


Product Colour Discrepancies & Portrayal:
Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. Cabana shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
 

RECLAIMED MATERIALS

Our reclaimed furniture ranges are produced by recycled materials, no two are alike and may vary in Colour and repair areas from a the original use of the timber, these are purely characteristics of the nature of these ranges. We suggest when purchasing that you request an image of the reclaimed item you are purchasing to ensure you are satisfied with any perfect imperfections it may have. We do not deem variances as faulty and any exchanges will be at the cost of the customer including all costs.
